Sam Roberts was born and raised in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2001. Shortly after commencing his career he began to practice predominantly in the areas of Commercial Law and Litigation and in 2005 began to take a particular interest in the security of payment laws in the building and construction industry.

His answers to the Specialist Accreditation assessment were of such a high standard that they are now used by the Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme as an example for future candidates to gauge the standard expected of Solicitors who specialise in Commercial Litigation.

Matthew is well known in the legal fraternity as a formidable adversary in litigation matters.

Matthew Bryan grew up in Newcastle. Since being admitted to practice as a Solicitor in 2013 he has practiced predominantly in litigation and dispute resolution. During that time he has developed a particular interest in building and construction law, contract law and contested Estate matters.

He provides straightforward and practical legal advice and attempts, whenever possible, to achieve cost effective outcomes for his clients.

Anna specialises in Family Law and is also a nationally-accredited Family Law Mediator.

Anna Roberts was born and raised in Newcastle.  She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2005 and has practiced in the areas of Family Law and Wills and Estates since this time.  Anna has a particular interest in assisting her clients to resolve difficult family issues arising from the complexities of relationship situations, including Family Law, property and parenting matters, Contested Wills claims and complex Estate Planning and Structuring needs.
